Dashley116
I finished whole30 on January 30th. I’ve had crazy skin symptoms since then! Currently looks like a rash but totally smooth. So odd! Anyone have this? Wondered if it was from reintroducing dairy and gluten.
Whole30 Certified Coach Terra Milliken Posted February 12, 2020 Whole30 Certified Coach Share Posted February 12, 2020 @Dashley116, a reaction to dairy and gluten can be rashes. Did you introduce them together or separate? Have you experienced this in the past? Is the rash anywhere else or just your face? Any new detergents, soaps, lotions, or fragrances in your household? Dashley116
Nothing new on my face. The rash is only there. It’s also under my eyes. A little sore too! I did reintroduce them both at once which was dumb. Now I haven’t had dairy in about a week and it’s only getting worse. Maybe I should try no gluten. The bumps under my eyes are sore! Whole30 Certified Coach Terra Milliken Posted February 15, 2020 Whole30 Certified Coach Share Posted February 15, 2020 @Dashley116 have you been gluten this whole time or have you been eating Whole30 since the reintro of the two? Sorry you are now sore, too! This is definitely why we separate items out when reintro. Sometimes we have to separate out even groups further to be able to figure out which item could be causing any issues. For instance, some folks can eat goat's cheese/milk, but not cheddar without experiencing issues.
