Here is a compliant recommendation that you can get in the freezer section of Whole Foods: Cascadian Farm Organic - Root Vegetable Hashbrowns (only 3 ingredients - organic Yukon gold potatoes, organic carrots, organic sweet potatoes) I thought that it was a delicious side dish. I stock up on it when it is on sale (which is often at Sprouts). I like to use this side to make an egg and sausage hash, top on a salad, or add to soup, too!
