trishcoz Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 We are starting our first Whole 30 March 1st which coincides with the worst spring allergies here in the PNW. I usually use Claritin once a day and also part of a Chlorpheniramine each. Both have corn starch and lactose. There is not much functioning without them. Are there compliant substitutes? I'm not sure if there are compliant versions of these available, your best bet would probably be to ask a pharmacist what options are available, but again, if you can't find a compliant version, take the medicine anyway.
