paleopina
Hello, Is potassium phosphate Whole30 compliant? It is an ingredient in Milkadamia, a dairy-free, vegan, lactos-free, gluten-free..... creamer. Also, what is Whole30's stance on the very vague ingredient, "Natural Flavors"? I assume anything that has that is off-limits? Thank you!
kirbz
I'm not sure about potassium phosphate... Natural Flavors, while not ideal, are okay. If you haven't already seen this handy cheat sheet, I highly recommend keeping it somewhere convenient: https://whole30.com/downloads/additives.pdf. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted March 1, 2020 Moderators Share Posted March 1, 2020 Potassium phosphate is ok. Be sure you watch out for pea protein, which is in some of that brand's products, and of course sugar which I think may be in some -- either of those would not be whole30.
