Can I have a poptart that has cinnamon in it?

Recommended Posts

Have you read the rules of the program?  You cannot have grains or sugar or dairy and you cannot recreate baked goods... a compliant item with cinnnamon in it is fine but Pop Tarts are not compliant.... bolded and red are all the non compliant ingredients in a cinnamon pop tart... just for your info

I’m hoping this is a  facetious question, but in case it’s not....

You can eat anything you want, you are an adult, but pop tarts in any flavor are not whole 30 compliant... soooo .....
