I'm a soccer ref and I have two tournaments coming up over the next few weekends. 4 to 5 games per day, running about 3-4 miles per game. What is the best hydration and electrolyte replacement drink for me? Everything I've seen has sucralose in it.

You could try coconut water or I believe that there are a few compliant electrolyte products - google 'whole30 compliant electrolytes' and a few old threads should show up.
