Vitamin C immune boosters

Your best bet to strengthen your immune system is to eat healthy meals and keep yourself healthy. If you want extra vitamin c, eat citrus fruits, broccoli, bell peppers and other foods high in vitamin c.

great source of vitamin C and does not require a good brand: oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, strawberries, bell peppers, spinach, kale, and broccoli :)
