Hi all, my name is Lydia Johnson and I'm super excited/nervous to start this journey. I have hit a plateau for weight loss from restricting calories and I have started to have a ton of reactions to food. I hope this helps. I've been reading "It Starts with Food" and I think this will help for sure.

Welcome aboard the whole 30 train.  You will find a lot of support hear on the forums.  It’s amazing how much you can learn about yourself when you get some of the food issues out of the way.  Also I found whole 30 to be so freeing giving me 30 days of no weighing counting measuring analyzing my food or me.  Just keep it compliant and stick as close to the ideal meal template as possible and enjoy your food until you are satisfied!  How great is that!  Best of luck!
