Does anyone have the straight skinny on the contents of the JuicePlus+ capsule supplements? For instance, how much rice bran is in the JuicePlus+ veggie blend? All the fruit and veggie products show only 1 gram of carbohydrate per dose, which could be rounded up from a smaller amount. But they're all made out of veggies and fruits, so who knows where that carbohydrate comes from! AND... Do any of the JuciePlus+ capsule supplements contain added sugar? The labels say that the products are "Not significant sources of ... sugars."  Again, with a gram of carbohydrate (or less), there's not much room for sugar, and sugar is not listed on the ingredients list or in the nutritional analysis. I'm on Day 8, but didn't notice the JuicePlus labels until a couple of days ago on Day 6. Immediately stopped taking the products. Sure prefer not to have to add another 6 days to my 30!!

If it doesn't list sugar as an ingredient, in any form (even sneaky ones), then you should be good where that's concerned. If there's any rice bran at all, though, then that's enough to make it non-compliant -- the question is just whether or not it's significant enough to affect your system. That said, it does look like the fruit blend (red) might be okay, as only the veggie one (green) shows rice bran.

If you're not keen to assume the added days now, you can always just keep moving forward and see how it goes. Keep a log of your symptoms and whether or not there's anything significant that goes away over the course of the next few days, which would tell you if something in the capsules was likely causing an issue. If you do notice issues, you can choose to extend your Whole30 or even wait until closer to the end to see if you feel like you need to give your body more time.
