Birdie7117 Posted April 13, 2020 Share Posted April 13, 2020 About 2 cooked chicken breasts (baked / sauteed or boiled) Cut chicken into bite size pieces, place in bowl, then shred with fork Add about 1 cup choppped celery & about 2 Tbsp golden or dark raisins Dress with about 1/4 cup W30 MAYO, half tsp McCormick Poultry Seasoning, a tsp curry powder, splashes of lemon juice /salt, pepper to taste *All these ing can be adjusted to taste.
