APRIL 27, Monday / DAY 43 Cont. / TESTING AGAVE & BAI 

Recap: NO REACTIONS AWARE OF TO AGAVE OR BAI TODAY
12:30 - Nana crepe & 1 piece bacon / sipping on Agave Tea

2:45 - Small salad of shredded roast beef over leaf lettuce / half avocado / Fresh Market salsa / chives 
           homemade herbal dressing / So good!

4pm - Nap
5pm - Snack - Second cup of AGAVE TEA / a few bites Fage yogurt / half an Eclair :rolleyes:

8pm - Roast Beef & mashed poratoes & French green beans cooked in ghee w/chives & topped w/ almonds .. So good!
           Vinegar cucumber salad

9:30-10   Chocolate RX BAR  & Collagen Smoothie with BAI & half banana & almond extract

12:30 - half orange & off to bed

Feeling Well! Uplifted & full & satisfied. No tummy upset today or bathroom trips. Not very hungry today.

Will continue to test Agave & Bai tomorrow & sugars

APRIL 28, Tuesday / DAY 44 / TESTING AGAVE & BAI

tayed upstairs until noon - looking at trees / reading / LOVE APRIL Perfection!

Saw a FB post that said " 2020 is an unusual time - Febuary had 29 days - and April lasted a year!:lol:
But I LOVE it - glad April was leisurely and long!

Recap:  ***NO Tummy Issues At All today! Or yesterday!

Downstairs by noon - coffee

12:45 - half sweet potato w/ Pod cream / cup of Tea w/ Tbsp AGAVE 
Full & satisfied a long time :)

2:45 - 2 lge Strawberries w/ AGAVE & Pod Cream; yum!
3 pm - half slice chicken / 7 organic blue corn chips (safflower oil)

4:30 - Delicious Salad - shredded roast beef on leaf lettuce/ Green Herbal Dressing / half avocado / Fresh Market Salsa / chives
           7 organic blue corn chips

7:15 - Delicious PEACH Collagen Smoothie - w/ BAI / scoop Collagen, 3 slices fz Peaches / 1/4 tsp almond extract / about 2 tsp AGAVE

Full & satisfied most of the day - & SENSE OF WELL BEING - as if  still on W30!   :)  JOY!

Not hungry - had late, light dinner of part of Green Chef meal - sauteed kale/tomato / squash / slice cajun chicken

*Made an old recipe of a Keto fudge today - maybe had 2 teaspoons throughout the day // No RX Bar today. 

11 pm - Sleepy / Happy / At Peace. Grateful for this journey.

SO GLAD I HAVEN'T REACTED TO AGAVE OR BAI!! As I want to ENJOY these going forward! 

So far, the only things that caused an IBS flare up were maybe a homemade tomato soup DURING W30 
& last week - perhaps a broccoli/cabbage stirfry - that caused a potty day - but NO Cramps or pain!

Was thinking today - so grateful that I did W30 during Quarantine, as otherwise, I may have "eaten my way through it"!

I most likely would have gained wt and been miserable!

Instead, with lovely W30, I LOST wt, felt healthy, happy, full & satisfied, and DELIGHTED to have a plan and

 PATH to follow that's SUSTAINABLE!

Will post some recipes here & in the RECIPE Section.

 PEACH Collagen Smoothie 

Place a scoop Collagen in Bullet glass, stir in about a cup or so of *BAI. Add 3 slices fz Peaches / 1/4 tsp almond extract & about 2 tsp AGAVE. *I use pineapple/coconut BAI or regular Cococnut BAI *OR use Coconut Water if on W30 & omit Agave.
Blend & enjoy!

CUCUMBERS IN VINEGAR - A nice side with veggies (yellow squash / green beans / tomatoes)

Peel & slice 1 medium cucumber 

Heat 1/3 cup water in microwave; stir in 3/4 tsp salt

Add 1/3 cup White Vinegar - I like Modena

If not on W30, add Tbsp Agave or sugar / or to taste // Omit if on W30

Pour into a pretty bowl & add cucumbers. Refrigerate at least 15 min before serving. Will keep for several days in refrig.

* Before serving, can add sweet onion / tomatoes / dill or other herbs

APRIL 29, Wednesday / DAY 45 / TESTING AGAVE & BAI 

Last night, went to bed so relaxed / calm / uplifted & sleepy // not suffering any effects from testing Agave or Bai.

Today - MORNING LIGHT / forest / APRIL Beauty / stayed upstairs again 

1pm - Delicious cup of Tea w/ 1 Tbsp Agave / half sweet potato

2:30 - A Perfect STRAWBERRY w/ Agave - so good!

3 - 3:30 - Second Cup of Tea w/ Agave + lovely Lavender Epsom Bath

rainy / green April aftrnoon / resting / relaxing

5 pm - about 2 tsp Keto Fudge recipe (coconut oil / cocoa / vanilla / salt) & I add some collagen to it also

6pm - baby asprin - the last day or so - stiff neck

6:30 - PEACH COLLAGEN Smoothie - w/ Peach Coconut Water / 3 peach slices / almond extract / 2 tsp Agave

7 to 8pm, potty trips 2x / but NO Cramps! // ?Due to the coconout oil fudge ?? or Baby asprin?? Or the Peaches??

8:30 - Recovered // ate hamburger patty / 1/4 cup cooked collards / oven baked fries / W30 catsup / 1/3 Cherry BAI

10pm - half Eclair :rolleyes: (hungry again)

11:30 - half cup of homemade mushroom soup / w/ left over beef broth &  splash of Pod Cream

12:30 - Sleepy / feeling fine / everything back to normal. Tomorrow is back to W30 for 2 days, and then testing LEGUMES.
             Sipping cup of agave tea w/ splash of Pod Cream

APRIL 30, Thursday / DAY 46 / TESTING AGAVE & BAI 

Had everything similar to yesterday, except for the asprin & Keto Fudge -- & NO tummy upset.
So - think it was coconut oil in the fudge that created the  inbalance yesterday.

Noon - lge, perfect STRAWBERRY w/ agave

Cup of Elderberry Tea/agave :) sipping on it noon - 2:30

1:30 - PEACH COLLAGEN Smoothie - w/ BAI Pinapple-Coconut / 3 peach slices / 1/4 tsp almond extract / 2 tsp Agave

3:30 - Mexican Salad w/ shredded roast beef, greens, half avocado, spring onion, Salsa, herbal cilantro dressing, 3 corn chips

RX Bar snack during the afternoon & another perfect Strawberry w/ agave

8pm - half russet potato made into thin slices & roasted //  W30 catsup

8:30 - Mushroom Soup / homemade beef broth / pod cream // so good

11pm - 2 bites hubby's hamburger - good! // Stayed up late binge watching Netflix :rolleyes:

MAY 1, Friday / DAY 47 / TESTING peanuts
Since not reacting to agave or Bai, going ahead & testing PEANUTS today.

11am - 2 lge perfect Strawberries w/ agave / Coffee

11:45 - PEACH COLLAGEN Smoothie - w/ Peach Coconut Water //  3 peach slices / 1/4 t almond extract / 2 tsp Agave

full / satisfied / happy / uplifted / peaceful :)

MAY 1, Friday / DAY 47 Cont / TESTING peanuts

(In morning had Peach Collagen Smoothie & 2 strawberries.)

On a Zoom call until 4:30

4:30 - 1/4 cup green beans w/vinegar cucumbers/ slice tomato - so good!

4:45 - packet PEANUTS &  grape cordial (half grape juice/half coconut water) Good!

7 pm - 2 Tbsp PEANUT BUTTER & half apple // Cup of mushroom soup w/beef broth/pods cream

9 pm - pork chop / green beans w/ shallots  / oven fries

9 to 10 - RX Bar / grape juice cordial

11:15 - off plan - had 1 tiny powdered donut

1 am - Tbsp peanut butter & some apple // before bed

REVIEW - in evening - bit of D, but No cramps. Joints felt more creaky/stiff // some itching // more tired tonight, but still peaceful/happy

MAY 2, Saturday / DAY 48 / TESTING SOY

1pm - Peach Collagen Smoothie - so good! / half cup coffee // Beautiful Morning time 

Still a bit itchy -- from peanuts yesterday? But tummy is fine & feel uplifted & happy.
(arms / legs / hands /scalp/face ) just randomly itchy - but not a big issue....
Joints feel fine so far today

Will test my fav, Helmanns Mayo today & Dale's Sauce & an Apple Salad Dressing (Panera) // for SOY

MAY 2, Saturday / DAY 48 Cont/ TESTING SOY
So far, no reaction to SOY  // No cramps or tummy upset or itching // feel good :) sense of well being

Full & Satisfied for hours

5pm - Large hamburger pattie, made with 1 Tbsp DALES SAUCE [ SOY ] / Helmanns MAYO / W30 catsup
            Garden Lettuce / half apple, chopped /Panera Apple Dressing (Soy Oil)

6pm - Off plan - 2 Cups Popcorn

from 4 - 8 pm - 2 Cups Agave Tea

7 - 9pm - half RX Bar

9:30 - 1/3 cup mandarin oranges, sprinkle of almonds // half RX Bar

12 am - 1/3 apple w/ Panera Apple Dressing dip (Soy Oil)
               2 Cups Popcorn / small grape cordial

MAY 3, Sunday / DAY 49 / TESTING LEGUMES - field peas
Review: PEANUTS / Pnb on Friday caused itching & 1 tummy upset, but no cramps thankfully 
No obvious reaction to SOY on Saturday // No cramps or tummy upset or itching // :) still sense of well being 

So far today, the only reaction to field peas is the "normal" issue of gas / maybe a bit of itching (face)
Maybe a bit less energy - but have been staying up very late w/ Netfix binges

1pm - Collagen Peach Smoothie & half cup black coffee / smoothie is so good & filling :)

2:15 - half cup field peas w/snaps - cooked from fresh-frozen, in chicken broth / slice tomato / bite corn bread

3pm - Cup of agave tea w/ pods cream - so good!

3:45 - cup of popcorn

5pm - half cup field peas / slice of tomato

6:30 - small grape cordial

7:30 - 2/3 RX Bar

8:30 - starting on second cup of agave tea

9pm - Will have lemon skillet chicken & green peas & lettuce / roasted potato wedges / (Green Chef)

May 4 / Monday / Day 50

Was going to do a pure W30 day, but realizing cravings are back.

2pm - Collagen Peach Smoothie 

4:30 - 2 cups popcorn 

5pm - cup of chili, half avocado    
            Small xxx donut

6:30 -  small grape juice cordial                          
            Half an English muffin/ ghee

7:30 - cordial

9:30 - Parmesan chicken                                           
           Yellow squash/                                       

crisp oven roasted  potatoes

May 5, Tuesday, Day 51

decided to test wheat today, since I had some yesterday 

*Noticed an outbreak of bumps on nose today 

10:30am - Peach Collagen Smoothie 

11:30 - 2 croissants/ O sugar jam/ coffee 

1pm half croissant 

0 cramps, but a bit of tummy upset around 2

feeling sluggish a bit vs energy 

3pm - rest of croissant 

4:30 - cup of tuna noodle salad 

6pm - more noodle salad

8pm - snack attack -  ice cream, root beer, potato chips // way off the W30 path!

May 6, Wednesday/ Day 52

more breakout on nose today! Put some treatment on it

way off plan yesterday & have been slipping up during testing. Finding it hard to do pure W30 days in between testing.

its been so wonderful to add back some things - hard to let them go! 
 

Will test wheat again today & perhaps go back to W30 several days & slowly add back some things &/or test more

May 6 cont / testing gluten

11:45 - Collagen Peach Smoothie 

1:30 - 2 cups Tuna Noodle Salad 

2:15 & 2:45 & 4 - small xxx donut/ coffee 

obviously, cravings are back...

Dinner - will probably be green chef chicken & veggies & some sort of gluten
