lauriebug Posted April 28, 2020 Share Posted April 28, 2020 I finished my first whole 30 a couple of years ago and am committing to my second whole 30 as of today. I’ve been putting it off, knowing I needed a reset, and I woke up this morning sick of not feeling good and just didn’t put creamer in my coffee. From there I just said- rip the band aid off. Not ideal to start without the appropriate food and plan on hand, but since I’ve done it before I’m hoping this won’t be a huge deal.
