CG53 Posted May 9, 2020 Share Posted May 9, 2020 Hi everyone I’m on R1D13 and really enjoying the plan, problem is on day 11 I started itching and it’s getting worse. No rash, the worst areas are my back, scalp and face. It’s all over my body, feels like I’m on fire under my skin I’m never allergic to anything, have read past posts about maybe it’s the toxins coming out of me? I hope it’s that and that it’ll subside I’m eating eggs most days and cashew nuts (don’t usually eat a lot of them) other than that all the healthy food I’m eating is normal for me. Anyone identify with this please and have any advice? Want to keep on the plan, just need to work out how to stop the itching! Thanks x Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted May 9, 2020 Moderators Share Posted May 9, 2020 If eggs and cashews are the only new things, you could not have them for a few days and see if the rash clears up, then add them back in one at a time for a few days to see if it comes back, then you'd know if it was either of those things.
