How to I avoid added sugar when reintroducing food groups?

Hi. I have successfully reintroduced legumes, corn, and dairy without added sugars. Tomorrow would be my gluten containing grain reintroduction day, but I am having a hard time finding bread, cereal, crackers, etc. that don’t have added sugar. The other food groups were very easy to find products with no sugar added. Any suggestions? Is added sugar okay during reintroduction? I thought the reintroduction to added sugar was another set of days on the reintroduction schedule? Thank you :)

Some added sugar is okay during reintroductions. Try to find something with minimal amounts of it, but it can be hard to avoid completely.

Grains should be a specific reintroduction and you should avoid them for the whole of reintro save for when you're deliberately reintroducing them. Some people even do gluten grains as a separate reintro to non-gluten grains.

Maybe pasta would be easier to find than bread or cereal? I know cereals often have added sugar for taste, and breads often use sugar with the yeast to help them rise.
