Izzie-bum
Hey friends, This is one of those things that I wanted to get a confirmation on - in particular the trader joe's jicama wraps. Would this fall under the "commercially pre-made is a no" or "since it's only thinly sliced jicama it's ok?" / "YMMV if it triggers bad food behaviors?" I haven't had them myself - I see them popping up a lot on W30 communities, some say its texture is too much like real tortillas. Any thoughts / info here? Thanks! Moderators ShannonM816 Posted May 25, 2020 Moderators Share Posted May 25, 2020 As long as it's just thinly sliced jicama, it's fine. It's like spiralizing your zucchini in place of noodles or slicing a sweet potato and using it as toast.
