Jessi Spencer Posted May 26, 2020 Share Posted May 26, 2020 I did a food sensitivity test and it turns out I have a sensitivity to egg whites and garlic (HUGE bummer). I want to do a whole 30 June and am wondering if there are alternatives to eggs that pack the same punch!
