Day 1 (cont):

I had intended to update my previous post throughout the day, but I don't think I can do that so I'll finish my day in this post

Apple with nut butter

Celery, nut butter, chicken meat stick

Two small hamburger patties, salad mix (no dressing)

Banana, decaf coffee with nutpods

I like the nutpods a lot! I've just been using the original flavor.  I use them for cooking sometimes too. They are very nicely creamy.

Day 3:

Banana, coffee with nutpods

RxBar

Hamburger patty, 2 pickles, salad, no dressing

Small apple

Chopped veg & chicken in lettuce wraps, chicken broth on the side

Day 7:

Cashews, dates, coffee w nutpods

Salad w lettuce, avocado,  tomatoes,  no dressing 

Dried mango

Cauliflower rice w eggs and spinach, avocado on the side

Small banana, blueberries, strawberries 

I've decided dried fruit is a food without brakes for me. No more dried fruit.

Day 8:

Almonds (at 2 am)

Coffee w nutpods,  banana

Cucumber, strawberries, blueberries 

Vegan veggie bowl w kale, beets, sweet potato, and cucumber 

Half an avocado,  cauliflower rice w eggs and spinach

Strawberries,  blueberries,  small banana,  cashews

Too much food? I feel like that's a lot today.
