Danny Sharp
I'm thinking off starting the whole 30 but I have some keto products that I'm not sure if their allowed for whole30. The main one I'm concerned about is the Keto bread. Attached is the back ingredients can someone tell me if this would be allowed or not
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted August 11, 2020 Moderators Share Posted August 11, 2020 I can't actually read the ingredients in that picture, but bread is not allowed on whole30. Check the rules here: https://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/. "Some specific foods that fall under this rule include: pancakes, crepes, waffles, bread, tortillas, biscuits, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, alternative flour pizza crust or pastas, granola, cereal, or ice cream. No commercially-prepared chips (potato, tortilla, plantain, etc.) or French fries either."
Danny Sharp
Thank you that is what i was reading I just was confused about the soluble fiber that is in this product. Best to always ask before getting rid of a product
SchrodingersCat
In any event - that looks like Franz, which is 100% not at all whole30. It contains wheat, oats, soy, more wheat...
