Canned Coconut Milk Substitute

Recommended Posts

I’m not a huge fan of a strong coconut flavor. I enjoy the original Nutpods and use that in sauces since it’s a mix of things and I don’t taste the coconut, but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good sub for the thick canned coconut milk that’s often called for in recipes? Maybe Nutpods with some gelatin added in or something?  Starting my second Whole30 round in Sept and wanted to figure out a few options beforehand as to what I could use when looking at recipes and meal planning.

The Nutpods Oat Creamer has oat flour. The Oat Creamer, in any flavor, isn't compliant. It's also a new product, so pretty much any post referring to Nutpods is going to be referencing the original one, which has always been compliant. Basically, if it doesn't say "Oat" in big letters on the front of the package, you should fine (disclaimer - always check the ingredients since companies can change a product's ingredients at any time without notice).
