In the afternoon I'm always hungry. Especially when I go to the gym I'd like something to eat, so I don't pass out while working out. Or run into the supermarket before or aftre the workout to buy non-Whole30 foods.

What can you recommend? What do you eat?

You definitely shouldn’t be feeling like passing out at the gym.  Are you eating three template meals a day and also incorporating pre and post work out meals?  
It’s hard to say what you should be eating because we don’t know what you ARE eating so how about you list out a few days worth of meals including approximate portion sizes (as related to the template) and we can see what we can tweak to help you!
