Emily Wahlberg Posted January 9, 2013 Share Posted January 9, 2013 Here's my dilemma.... A few years ago, I had an allergic reaction to filet of sol. I never ate much fish before that and at that point, the Dr said that the reaction next time could be much worse. So instead of trying my luck, I decided to just cut out fish altogether. I would like to take an Omega 3 vitamin but I don't want to take fish oil, for fear of a reaction. I can't take Flaxseed oil while on the Whole30. Anyone have any other ideas?
