My primary goal is to improve my relationship with food. I've fallen into some harsh habits over the years and I know from experience that W30 will be a good relationship counselor to get things back on track. I'm starting Monday to give myself some time to prep. I'm familiar with how to stock a W30 pantry and refrigerator, but inspire me with some of your favorite staples and easy recipes.
