How to handle a 180 life schedule flip

Hi all!

11 days in to my 4th ( I think?) Whole30 & feeling pretty great but my sched is about to get *challenging* to say the least. I currently working afternoon-evening shifts est (1pm-9pm) but am about to be working on a project that will see me waking up around 2am and working from 3:30am - approx 5/6pm for 15 days. This is the first time I’ll be completely changing my awake/sleeping hours while on Whole30 so any advice on how to not have my body freak out would be awesome! Thanks :)
