AmyS
I love it. Like, to eat it straight, by the spoonful, I love it. I am probably insane. That is all. (Note to the group: I checked and my favorite tomato paste is compliant. Phew.)

Callan
ME TOO! I used to hate tomato paste, but in the past few months it's really grown on me. Crazy tasty stuff.

rustymom
How do you feel about sundried tomatoes? I found a jarred paste of them that I've enjoyed on a hamburger and mixed into my homemade mayo in tuna/chicken/egg salad. Mmmm

I haven't had such a food item, but I am pretty sure I want to marry it.
praxisproject
If you can't get them where you are Amy, you can make your own in your oven or in a dehydrator. You can't swing a cat in Australia without hitting a sundried tomato lol we have them in oil or dry, but watch the ingredients, dried ones can be made with sugars or preservatives and ones in oil can be in nasty oils. I have yet to find a good one locally.
