YesICan
I know that shake are not recommended, however, is the Orgain plant based shake approved (0 added sugars, non gmo, soy free, gluten free, dairy free). It is a recommended supplemental drink for breakfast by my doctor.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted October 6, 2020 Moderators Share Posted October 6, 2020 What are the ingredients? If all the ingredients are compatible with Whole30 rules, then it is ok. If any of the ingredients are not -- if there's rice or stevia or other ingredients that are not Whole30 -- then it is not really ok to have, but at that point you could talk to your doctor, explain what you're doing, and ask if there are other options that could work, or if it's ok for you not to have a shake at all, or if it is so important that the doctor thinks you should drink this shake regardless of whether it's Whole30 compatible or not, and then decide the best way to go forward based on that information.
