It would depend on the ingredients. In general with medicine, if you really need it, take it, we don't want you to be miserable. 

If this is an issue that just started during your Whole30, there are other things you might want to try. First, be sure you're drinking plenty of water -- aim for 1/2 oz per pound of body weight, so a 120-lb person would need at least 60 oz. Also be sure you're adding a serving or two of fat to each meal in addition to the oil you cook in.  Be sure you're eating plenty of vegetables, aim for 2-3 cups at each meal, and a mix of starchy, leafy, and others. 

You may also find magnesium supplements helpful, if you want to look into that.
