Starting today, Oct. 22nd. I’ve tried whole 30 before years ago and felt great while on it. Now fast forward 3 years, after another pregnancy, hypothyroid, mono/ EBV flareup, hormones completely whacked, cannot lose weight like I could after other pregnancies, and I’m finally willing to fully commit to the whole 30 guidelines. I was so addicted to sugar that it felt impossible to dive right in, but after slowly acclimating myself off sugar I finally feel like I can tackle this. Can’t wait for better health! Please feel free to share your success stories with me below, they’re so encouraging for me to read especially during times of crazy cravings.
