Nigel Posted November 6, 2020 Share Posted November 6, 2020 Hi all, I am on day 18 of my first whole30 and am enjoying in but am starting to lose weight. I have some pea protein in the cupboard but it is not 100% and wanted to check if it is ok to consume. The ingredients are:- Chocolate: Pea Protein Isolate (87%), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Natural Flavourings, Vegetable Creamer (High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant (D-Alpha Tocopherol)), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose). If you're losing weight and you don't want to, you could post a couple days of meals (plus info about exercise if applicable) and we could try to help troubleshoot if you want.
