lilangel4824
Hi all. I am new here. I just heard about this program yesterday and I spent all day yesterday lurking on here and looking up W30 approved recipes. I am a busy busy woman (full time job, full time student, and mother of 3) so it is easy to grab something quick to toss into the microwave. I am looking to lose the baby weight from my last little one (a good 30lbs), but more importantly, I want to feel less run down day after day even after getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep. I think I am going to attempt this program, but will wait until Sunday or Monday as we have dinner/drinks already planned with friends for Sat. night. I will need all the help/encouragement I can get. Hubby might try this with me, but he has little to NO will power!!
Amanda9822
Hey there! I just wanted to say hello and that it sounds like you are making a great choice by starting when you are ready. I'm on Day 8, and I've realized that what seems like a ton of work and preparation at the beginning has already gotten easy to manage in my routine. I'm not a Mom, but there are many other Moms on this forum and I think you'll get a lot of support. My husband wouldn't do the diet with me, and it does make it harder... but I still manage to keep my goals in mind. You WILL have more energy with this way of eating. I started to feel it Day 2 into Day 3. I'm hitting some sleepy spots now which I have read is totally normal, but it should be bouncing back any time. Best of luck to you and welcome! Melelina
Welcome. I am on Day 3. I spent about a week getting ready - browsing the site, downloading recipes, putting things from my highly visible cupboards to my not so visible cold cellar, and planning the meals for the first week. It took me quite awhile, but come my starting date, I was ready! We also waited until after our last holiday function before starting. Good luck! Hi all. I am new here.
