Angelflower333 Posted November 26, 2020 Share Posted November 26, 2020 Bought this book and Doing prep to start the whole 30- I made the egg free Mayo, I don’t understand why garlic when the basic Mayo with egg doesn’t have it (doesn’t seem neutral) but more than that, I couldn’t get it to thicken- double checked my measurement...any help?
