Lori Hazelip
I have Dupuytrens disease and doctors say to stay away from Collagen. Can I use broth without it being bone broth? I had my first flare up while adding collagen to my food so I know what they are saying is true.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted December 11, 2020 Moderators Share Posted December 11, 2020 Yes. All that matters is that all the ingredients are compatible with Whole30 rules. For some recipes you may even be able to substitute water if you have trouble finding broth that works for you, although you might then have to increase seasonings.
