jennycash Posted January 9, 2013 Share Posted January 9, 2013 Its important to get into the routine of of eating your 3 meals a day, but you don't have to overdo it. Maybe make a snack-sized portion of a meal. I am often not hungry at lunch, but I'll eat a can of tuna with paleo mayo and a handful of macadamia nuts, or roll a piece of chicken in a lettuce leaf with a few carrot sticks. Experiment! I wouldn't suggest skipping it altogether since your hunger may get hard to control later on, making you more prone to cravings. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
