Stealth sugar ingestion

Poor planning, I know, but I ate some canned salmon last night without looking at the ingredients first.  Turns out there was sugar in the ingredients list I hadn't dreamed would be there.  10 grams total carbs in the can.  I probably know the answer, but does this slip-up require a reboot?  I'm on Day 10.  Dang!
