Hello all,

I have done several round of whole30 and each time I have lost a significant amount of weight. I have been a huge advocator for the program to both my friends and family not because of the weight loss but because of the health benefits I have received from it. However, due to some health issues, my sister has recently been told she needs to cut out all sugar and dairy. Again I mentioned the Whole30 to her and she is very interested but because of her health condition she has already lost a lot of weight. Her doctors have told her she needs to put more weight on. Wondering if anyone has any tips on how she can do the Whole30 without losing any weight and ideally put some pounds back on.
