Paige Cirillo
I am hoping to find a dairy, soy, and nut free milk that is compliant with Whole 30. I was hoping Hemp milk would be okay, but I have read a few threads that say it is not. Oat milk is usually our go-to, but obviously oats are a big no. A lot of Whole 30 recipes call for coconut milk, but of course a family member is allergic to coconuts. Any help is appreciated!
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 15, 2021 Moderators Share Posted January 15, 2021 Hemp milk is made from hemp seeds, and hemp seeds are fine for Whole30 (check the Can I Have list: https://whole30.com/the-official-can-i-have-guide-to-the-whole30/), so assuming you find a hemp milk with no other non-Whole30 ingredients, or make your own, it should be fine.
