Paige Cirillo Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 I am hoping to find a dairy, soy, and nut free milk that is compliant with Whole 30. I was hoping Hemp milk would be okay, but I have read a few threads that say it is not. Oat milk is usually our go-to, but obviously oats are a big no.
