DTyus97 Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 Hey hey yall I'm on day 5 of the whole30 and I'm seriously struggling due to my allergies! On top of being allergic to all nuts, I'm allergic to all raw fruits and vegetables so grabbing an apple or some fruit to eat isn't an option for me and most whole30 approved bars are not allergen friendly So if anyone has any ideas or suggestions for snack items I would appreciate them! laura_juggles Posted January 18, 2021 Share Posted January 18, 2021 Ideally, you're going to want to portion your meals so you're not snacking at all. Keep some extra cooked protein and vegetables on hand for a mini-meal if you need one, but also take a look at the composition of your meals to see what you can tweak so you don't need a snack.
