I had a lot of digestion issues in the first half which to me was a sign I was detoxing my gut. Now I’ve noticed the only time I feel bloated is when I eat potatoes. Has anyone had this issue? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 20, 2021 Moderators Share Posted January 20, 2021 Some foods that are compatible with the Whole30 are not necessarily compatible with each of us... it could be an indicator that you're not a person who should eat certain potatoes. It might be a quantity thing (are you eating potatoes every day?) or it could be that regular potatoes just don't agree with you.
