Hi all - I’ve more than half way done and am in the high energy, feel good phase!! I had a lot of digestion issues in the first half which to me was a sign I was detoxing my gut. Now I’ve noticed the only time I feel bloated is when I eat potatoes. Has anyone had this issue? Could this be a sign of an underlying insensitivity?

Some foods that are compatible with the Whole30 are not necessarily compatible with each of us... it could be an indicator that you're not a person who should eat certain potatoes.  It might be a quantity thing (are you eating potatoes every day?) or it could be that regular potatoes just don't agree with you. That's the beauty of the Whole30 is that we find out these things about ourselves.
