Zisa
I think this is okay but not sure.. It's smoked white turkey meat found in the freezer section. I don't know that they inject the meat with anything the ingredients may just be what is on the outside of the skin which I don't eat. It's delicious and I like to just thaw it and eat the meat for days! Hoping it's approved Ingredients: Turkey, Water, 2% or les of salt, Destrose, sodium Phosphate, Carrageenan, smoke flavoring, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate. Derval
Nope. dextrose = sugar and caragneen in a non compliant additive and I think it has sulphites too.
Nancy H.
Derval is absolutely right. Dextrose is definitely sugar and the Carrageenan is BAD stuff as well as the phosphate , sodium erythorbate (whatever that is) and sodium nitrate. Sorry, it sounded so easy and good. Save it until post Whole30
