Today and yesterday, at the same time in the afternoon, I got super nauseous. Yesterday, I ate: Peas and a hamburger Riced cauliflower Italian sausage Red pepper Cassava flour tortilla Carrot Cilantro Lime Today I ate (before the stomach upset): A little bit of chia seed pudding with raspberries A russet potato with ghee and peas A dried mango strip Tuna, kale, avocado, tomato for lunch Apple with coconut butter and cinnamon I laid down for a few hours and felt better, but any ideas? (1/2oz per pound of body weight is the recommendation). Nothing on here seems like it stands out - the only thing duplicated was the peas so maybe leave the peas out for a bit? Also, of note, the Cassava flour tortilla would not be compatible with the Whole30 under the 'don't recreate baked goods' rule and the chia pudding is not compatible either.
