Hi Whole 30 Members!

I’m currently on day 21 of my Whole 30. My energy levels have pretty much been all over the chart during my Whole 30. For example, I went to bed at 7pm one night this past week. (I can’t tie it to eating anything in excess, i.e. potatoes or fruit). 
 

I am very concerned about my re-introduction phase and being able to identify which food groups are causing energy lags. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me determine which foods are not helpful for me?
