Amelia Airheart
Has anyone had a problem with diverticulitis during whole 30? The past few days I've had abdominal pain and bloating. My MD ordered a CT scan today and I have acute diverticulitis. I've never had an issue like this before and am completely thrown back as my diet has been healthier in the last 21 days as it's been in the last year. I've dug in deeper and looked into FODMAPS and see where most of the high list are items not allowed on whole30 anyway. The only thing on the high list that IS Whole30 approved is apples. I do not usually eat apples in my "before W30" regime. Anyone have any insights? I do not want to think that this 30 day plan caused this issue. r_hill
Curious how you're doing and how this all turned out. I had the exact same thing happen to me this week after eating a pear. Same situation too, not something I'd really eaten much of before whole30. I searched and came across your post. Hope you're well.
