Can I reintroduce like this?

When I did my first round 2 years ago I didn't notice any major symptoms during my reintroduction so I went back to eating everything - in moderation - sticking with mostly Whole 30 or paleo meals.  After a while though, I lost the tiger blood.  I'm wondering if I could introduce something for 2 days to compound effects and possibly make it easier for myself to notice the effects?  Then I'd eat Whole 30 for 2 (3? 4?) days before introducing a different food group for 2 days, etc.  This would stretch out the reintroduction, but maybe make it easier to notice effects??
