is it okay to add a small fourth meal?

On weekdays I have breakfast at 6am, lunch around 11, and dinner around 7. I workout about 6 days a week so on those days I don't find myself getting hungry, since I have a pre and post workout snack. But when I take a rest day or when I go to a yoga class at 6 pm, is it okay to have a small meal around 4?
