@Healthgrab You don't say where you are in the W30 program so this might not be relevant but, when I eliminate wine and sugar from my diet, I have an almost immediate reduction in anxiety. I have GAD which is frequently overwhelming but, after 3 days of no sugar, it goes away and stays away. If you're not doing a W30 right now, perhaps starting one could help. Plus therapy. Definitely plus therapy.
