BeKatastic
I bought Noble Made Classic BBQ sauce off Thrive Market. It was listed under the Whole 30 category. I received it and it had a Whole 30 Approved label but when I looked at the ingredients it had 4G added sugar. How is this Whole 30 approved? Is sugar listed in the ingredients? If it's just grams listed in the nutritional info then that's fine - I assume that the bbq sauce is sweetened with dates or something similar which would show up as sugar in the nutritional panel. If sugar is not listed in the ingredients then it's fine.
