tkreeg12 Posted January 27, 2021 Share Posted January 27, 2021 I am on day 18 and I just realized that the dried cranberries I used in my coconut cream bars have sugar and sunflower oil listed as ingredients. I only ate the equivalent of maybe a handful of them before realizing it and throwing the rest away. Does this ruin everything I've done in the last 18 days?
