Looking for help with weight loss after whole30

So I complete my 30 days next week. It has been going well, and I have seen many positives. I love the feeling of control, especially over sugar and alcohol. My clothes are fitting better, so I know I have lost some weight, but I really need to lose weight. I understand that Whole 30 is not designed for weight loss, but need some ideas how to incorporate some of Whole 30 moving forward so that I can lose weight. i am looking forward to any and all suggestions. Thank you in advance!

Honestly, just keep doing what you’re doing. Listen to your body. If you eat 3 meals of compliant foods, eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re full, you will lose weight if you need to.

I am a bit of a slave to my bathroom scales so I understand this can be a scary thing but honestly, put the scales away and listen to your body. I am not always brilliant at this; it’s a learning curve isn’t it? You say your clothes feel looser? That’s brilliant!

“Think healthy and strong and slim will follow”- very wise words said to me by my Personal trainer which is what brought me to my first W30.

What @Rebecca001 said! The W30 process supports healthy weight. I don't weigh myself any longer - after my first W30 I lost 11 lbs then threw away my scale because MU's question of "why do you allow a cheap bit of plastic to dictate how you feel about yourself?" (paraphrased but close enough :)) resonated so powerfully with me at that time. I've had a very dysfunctional relationship with scales over the decades. Anyway... for 6 months, I generally stuck with W30 principles using FFF decision making when off plan items came along and easily became my healthy weight without a single moment of "dieting". The corrective action of the W30 eating plan is brilliant.  So, @jlmoia my suggestion would be to stay the course. Increase veg intake over fruit if it makes you feel better but, if you're losing weight eating W30 for 30 days, trust that you will continue to do so.

Good Luck!

Thank you so much for your input. Tomorrow is my final W30 day, and I already know I will weigh myself and have cream in my coffee Wednesday morning, mot much, just enough to make it good. I will also try to reintroduce  beans, which I love. Otherwise, I believe I can continue down this path. I will
