I’m actually on a Candida diet which is more strict in some ways than W30 so I’m not doing a real W30 right now I’m the sense that outside of the Candida rules I’m living more in FFF (like eating almond flour tortillas and chips) but in FL I would like to try and stay as close to W30 as possible so I would love ideas.
