DCinderella
I was at whole foods today and did some label reading (hopefully correctly) and it seems all three of the above are Whole30 compliant... can anyone verify? Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 4, 2021 Moderators Share Posted February 4, 2021 Crackers fall under baked goods from compliant ingredients, so they aren't whole30 compatible regardless of ingredients. No commercially prepared chips are allowed, so the snacklins are out. The barnana bites are ok, though they're going to be like Larabars, technically ok, but not necessarily your best choice, as they're going to be as close to a candy bar as you can get on Whole30 and would be very easy to overeat.
